Account Deletion

Swapixo respects your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to delete your account, what data will be removed, and how long the process takes.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account using one of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

Open the Swapixo app
Go to Me (bottom navigation)
Tap Settings
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm by tapping Confirm Deletion

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include your device ID. We will process your request within 3 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile information and device association
All uploaded photos and selfies
All AI-generated result images
Your job history and gallery
Your AIPoints (credits) balance
Any active VIP subscriptions

Data Retention Period

Upon receiving your deletion request, your account will be deactivated immediately. All personal data, uploaded photos, and generated images will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Some anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
• Any remaining AIPoints (credits) will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• Jobs currently in progress will be cancelled.
• VIP subscriptions should be cancelled through Google Play before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
