1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Swapixo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Swapixo and any related services provided by us.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to download and use the App on your mobile device. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the App or its materials
• Use the App or its materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App's software
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent
• Creates deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive, defame, or harass others
• Generates content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Violates the rights, privacy, or likeness of others without their consent
• Produces content that is obscene, hateful, or promotes violence
• Damages, disables, or overburdens Swapixo's functionality or servers
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks

4. AI-Generated Content

Swapixo uses artificial intelligence to transform photos. By using the App:

• You acknowledge that AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect
• You retain ownership of your original uploaded photos
• You are responsible for how you use and share AI-generated content
• You agree not to use generated content to impersonate real individuals without their consent
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

5. Credits & In-App Purchases

Swapixo uses a credit system ("AIPoints") for processing transformations. By using or purchasing AIPoints:

• Free users receive an initial credit balance; additional credits may be purchased
• AIPoints have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit amounts, and features at any time
• Purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's terms

6. Account Terms

By using Swapixo, you agree that:

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
• Your account is tied to your device identifier
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You will not attempt to create multiple accounts to abuse the credit system

7. Termination

Swapixo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's settings or by contacting support.

8. Disclaimer

The App and its materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Swapixo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated results may vary in quality and accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Swapixo or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
